Please go to the Exit & Entry Administration Bureau located in your residence district to get the certificate called “Decision of Penalty’’. Then visit the SDUW Online Application System (http://apply.wh.sdu.edu.cn)and submit the following documents:
1. Scanned copy of the passport’s personal information page, the residence permit page and the last entry seal page
2. Scanned copy of the certificate of “Decision of Penalty’’
3. Scanned copy of tuition fee receipt and insurance certificate (not applicable for CSC Scholarship students)
4. Scanned copy of Registration Voucher of Residence for Visitors from Overseas (If you live off campus, please submit the Registration Voucher of Residence for Visitors from Overseas form from the local police station.)
5. One passport size photo with white background
After your application is approved by your school and the university, the Office of International Student Affairs (Room 513, Hanguang Building) will issue the Visa/ Stay Permit/ Residence Permit Application Form and University Application Letter. Then you need to go to the Exit and Entry Administration Department of Weihai Municipal Public Security Bureau together with relevant documents to officially submit your application.
