Any students applying for the discontinuation or suspension of their studies are asked to change their Residence Permit to a T Visa. Please visit the SDUW Online Application System （http://apply.wh.sdu.edu.cn）and submit the following required documents:
a. Scanned copy of the passport’s personal information page, the residence permit page and the last entry seal page
b. Scanned copy of Registration Voucher of Residence for Visitors from Overseas (If you live off campus, please submit the Registration Voucher of Residence for Visitors from Overseas form from the local police station.)
c. One passport size photo with white background
After your application is approved by your school and the university, the Office of International Student Affairs (Room 513, Hanguang Building) will issue the Visa/ Stay Permit/ Residence Permit Application Form and University Application Letter. Then you can go to the Exit and Entry Administration Department of Weihai Municipal Public Security Bureau together with relevant documents to offically submit your applying.
