One month prior to the expiry of your residence permit, you should visit the SDUW Online Application System （http://apply.wh.sdu.edu.cn） to apply for a residence permit extension. Please submit the following documents:
a. Scanned copy of the passport’s personal information page, the residence permit page and the last entry seal page
b. Scanned copy of tuition fee receipt and insurance certificate (not applicable for CSC Scholarship students)
c. Scanned copy of Registration Voucher of Residence for Visitors from Overseas (If you live off campus, please submit the Registration Voucher of Residence for Visitors from Overseas form from the local police station.)
d. One passport size photo with white background
The Office of International Student Affairs (Room 513, Hanguang Building) will then issue the Visa/ Stay Permit/ Residence Permit Application Form and University Application Letter. After that, you can go to the Exit and Entry Administration Department of Weihai Municipal Public Security Bureau together with relevant documents to officially apply for your residence permit extension.
